OUR STORY.
Prabhaav Global supports organisations who want their culture to reflect their values, not just in words but in daily behaviour.
Our work centres on Cultural Intelligence (CQ), a framework that helps leaders understand how identity, context and lived experience shape the way we relate to one another.
We partner with senior leaders navigating cultural complexity in workplaces that are increasingly diverse, dispersed and fast-changing.
At the heart of our company is Ritika Wadhwa, a practitioner known for meeting leaders where they are, asking the questions that need to be asked and creating space for perspectives to shift.
The feedback we hear most often is this:
Your work will undoubtedly have a positive and lasting impact.
OUR FOUNDER
ABOUT RITIKA WADHWA
A LIFE SHAPED BY DIFFERENCE
Ritika grew up in Mumbai as the first grandchild in a family who had hoped for a boy. Her arrival came with expectations she did not choose, and a quiet message about what her life should look like. Rather than absorbing those limits, she learned early what it meant to step beyond them.
Her father played a central role in that shift. He encouraged her curiosity, backed her ambition, and treated her voice as something that mattered. Those early conversations gave her a sense of possibility in a context that often narrowed it. When he passed away when she was seventeen, that encouragement became a kind of compass, a reminder that she could keep moving, even in unfamiliar territory.
She carried that belief into her early career. While others questioned her choices, she secured a role in a respected advertising agency, not by following a path that was expected of her, but by trusting her instincts and pursuing what she knew she was capable of. Each decision she made in those years was a quiet act of defiance, shaped by loss, resilience, and a determination to build a life guided by intention rather than expectation.
Moving to the UK to complete her MBA, Ritika stepped into a culture where identity and belonging had to be rebuilt from the ground up. She was starting again in every sense, navigating an unfamiliar system while carrying the weight of being seen, first and foremost, as an outsider.
Bit by bit, she rebuilt her career, finding her voice in spaces where she was not always understood at first. Over time she began to recognise a familiar pattern. She was constantly translating herself. Her intentions. Her tone. Her presence. She was learning how to make herself legible in ways that others could receive.
That recognition became a turning point. It led her to Cultural Intelligence, a framework that finally named what she had been navigating intuitively for years. CQ helped her see the distance between intent and impact, and offered language, clarity, and grounding for the lived realities she had carried across continents.
Ritika led us on a journey to self-discovery. She challenged us without judgement and expanded what we believed was possible. I now enter conversations with curiosity, awareness, and a stronger sense of who I am.”

HOW WE WORK
While Ritika is the guiding voice of Prabhaav Global, the work is collaborative.
We partner with a small, trusted network of practitioners who share our commitment to thoughtful, grounded, and values-led practice.
Each engagement begins with understanding what is happening in the organisation at that moment; the dynamics, the tension, the hope, and the reality people are navigating. From there, we shape the work in response, rather than applying a template.
The process is always rooted in the people in the room and the culture they are actively shaping.
